Is there an age requirement for making a reservation at your resort?
Yes! We are strictly, family camping, so we do not accept reservations from groups or individuals younger than 25.
Do you allow animals into the waterpark?
NO. We do not allow any animals into the waterpark area which also includes the picnic area.
What about alcohol?
You are allowed alcohol at your site, but it is absolutely forbidden in the waterpark.
How many people are allowed on a campsite?
All of our campsites are based on up to 2 adults & 2 kids between the ages of 4 & 17. Children 3 and under are free. Extra children will be charged accordingly. Extra adults mean, your children between the ages of 18 & 25, your parents or grandparents all of whom are staying in your tent or RV, will also be charged accordingly.
What is a group site?
A group site is a very large site with several hook-up of water and electric and is designed to accommodate several families and/or friends to camp together around one fire pit and be close to where the children are sleeping.
What are the check in and check out times?
For the RV and tenting sites, check in is between 1pm and 8pm on the date of your arrival. For our cabins and cottage rentals, check in is between 2 pm and 8pm on the date of your arrival. Check out for both are sharp at 11am.
If I am unable to check in before 8pm on the day of my reservation, do I have to make special arrangements with the office prior to my arrival?
Yes. Please notify the reservations office of any check in later than 8pm. If you do not notify us, we will assume that you are not coming and the gate will be closed.
How many vehicles am I permitted at my site?
One vehicle is permitted in your site fee and registration package. Any additional vehicles are subject to a fee of $6.00 per weekend and all vehicles must display a car pass on their dash board. Any vehicle without a car pass will be asked to leave the premises.
What services do you supply at the camp site?
All of our RV sites offer full hook-up (electric, water & sewer). Most of our RV sites are 60’ x 40’ and are all both 30 & 50 amp service. We also have a dumping station close to the office. All tent and pop-up sites have water and 15amp service. All sites come with a fire pit and picnic table.
May I bring my pet(s)?
Pets are allowed on our RV and tenting sites providing they are people and other pet friendly. They must be leashed at all times and you must clean up/pick up after them. Pets are not permitted in the waterpark area, which includes the lake. Pets should never be left alone at your campsite and excessive barking will not be tolerated. We do not allow animals of any kind into any of our rental units.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy for RV and tenting :- If you cancel outside of 14 days of your arrival, you will receive all monies back less a cancellation fee of $28.25 taxes included($56.50 for cabins). If you cancel within 8 to 14 days of your arrival, the cancellation fee is $56.50 ($113.00 for cabins). Should you cancel within 7 days of your arrival date there are NO REFUNDS at all.
What do you provide in your basic cabins & what should I bring?
We have 5 basic cabins that are each 10’ x 17’ and they come equipped with 1 queen size bed, I set of bunk beds, a bar fridge, prep counter, air conditioning, a kettle and a fan. A heater is available upon request. Outside – 2 chairs on the porch, a fire pit and a picnic table, and a charcoal BBQ.. You need to bring linens or sleeping bags; pillows; towels; dishes; cutlery and anything else that isn’t listed that you would usually bring to go camping – minus the tent. Washrooms and showers are nearby.
What do you provide in your up-graded cabin & what should I bring?
We have 3 up-graded cabins. They have been recently renovated to house two families, up to 4 adults and kids, and they come equipped with 2 bedrooms – 1 with a queen bed and 1 set of bunks, the other with a double bed with upper bunk and a set of bunks, a bathroom with toilet sink & shower, a full size fridge, prep counter with sink and hot & cold running water, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee machine, a kettle, dishes & cutlery for 8, and a table with bench seating. Outside we have 4 chairs on the porch, a fire pit, a picnic table and a charcoal BBQ. Please bring, linens or sleeping bags, pillows, towels & cooking utensils. 1 cabin does not have a stove.
What do you provide in your deluxe cabins & what should I bring?
We have 5 deluxe cabins 12’ x 24’ and they come equipped with a separate room with 1 set of bunks for the kids, a four piece bathroom, a queen bed, a bar fridge, a prep counter with sink & hot & cold running water, a microwave, a coffee, machine, a kettle, a table & four chairs. Outside 2 chairs on the porch, a fire pit, a picnic table & a charcoal BBQ. Please bring, linens or sleeping bags, pillows, towels & cooking utensils.
What do you provide in the cottage & what should I bring?
We have 1 cottage 12’ x 32’ and it is very well equipped with 2 bedrooms; the master bedroom with a queen bed, dresser and a door that opens onto the deck; The kids bedroom that has a set of bunks. Both bedrooms have pocket doors. There is an open concept living room, dining room and kitchen. A futon that could sleep two more children is in the living area. There is a wood table & 6 chairs in the dining area. A TV and DVD player are also provided. On the full wrap around deck is a covered area with a large propane BBQ with side burners, a picnic table and 6 chairs. In the back yard is a fire pit. You bring food and clothes and perhaps some DVD’s for the kids to watch. It is equipped with all cutlery, dishes, linens, towels, pillows and beach towels.
what do you provide in the Deluxe up-graded cabin & what should I bring?
We have 2 New Deluxe Upgrades- each has 3 bedrooms and will house 4 adults and 4 kids, each has a 4 piece bathroom. Along with a fridge, stove, coffee machines, micorwave, toaster and kettle. Also comes complete with all of the dishes and all of the cutlery, cooking pots, pans, and utensils. Bring your own bedding, linens, and towels. Each has two picnic tables on the covered porch, a fire pit and charcoal B.B.Q
How many families can we fit into one cabin?
All of our cabins & cottage, with the exception of the up-grade, are designed to house only one family consisting of 2 adults & 2 kids between the ages of 4 & 17. There are only 3 beds and no room for anyone else. The up-grade has been re-designed to house up to 2 families consisting of 4 adults & 4 kids or a family of 2 adults & 6 kids
May I bring my pet(s) into the cabin?
Absolutely not. We do not allow any animals into any of our rental units and they can not be tied up outside either.
Are there electric stoves in any of the cabins or can I bring my own?
The 2 deluxe upgrades each have gas stoves - these are the only two that you are allowed to cook in. We thank you for your consideration & co-operation in advance.
What is the cancelation policy for the rental units?
Should you cancel outside of 21 days of your arrival date there will be a cancelation fee of $50.00 + hst. If you cancel between 8 & 20 days of your arrival date, the fee will be $100.00 + hst. Cancelling within 7 days of your arrival date will result in the loss of all monies paid – NO REFUNDS. Once the vacation has commenced, there will be NO REFUNDS.
May we have visitors?
Due to the privacy laws, we are not permitted to give out any information on any of our campers. Therefore, if you are wanting to have people visit you, you must notify the gate personnel and give them the names of your expected visitors. By doing this, you are giving us permission to disclose your whereabouts to these individuals. Failure to inform, will result in your family and friends wandering aimlessly around the park trying to find you.
What is the daily cost for the waterpark?
Our waterpark rate is $20 tax included for anyone between the ages of 7 and 64. 3 and under are free & 65 plus is $10 tax included throughout the week. Ages 3-6 are $10.00 tax included. If you are camping here, the water park is included with your site fees
What are the hours of your park?
The park is open for camping from May 1 to Oct. 15 The waterpark opens every year for the Victoria Day weekend and is open WEEKENDS ONLY until June 15 when it will then be open 7 days a week up to and including Labour day (weather permitting). The waterpark is totally closed as of end of day Labour day and remains closed until Victoria day weekend of the following year.

May 1 to June 15 – 10:00am to 6:00pm

How do we make reservations?
Reservations can only be made over the phone during office hours. You must have a valid credit card in order to reserve a site. It is payment in full at time of booking. Should your credit card decline, you will receive one courtesy call in order to rectify the problem, after that your reservation will be cancelled. We currently do NOT have online booking.
What is in the waterpark?
3 trampolines, teeter-totter, jungle joe, obstacle courses, 2 in-lake slides, saturn, a 200' water slide, large kiddie pool with jets, 3500 sq.ft splash pad and 18 sand volleyball courts.
