Waivers only need to be completed once per summer season and will remain on file for the remainder of 2024.

Who are you signing the waiver for?
- Please choose “Adults With Minors” to fill out the liability waiver for yourself and/or your children.
- Please choose “Adults Only” to fill out the liability waiver for yourself if you are over 18 and attending without any minors.
Anyone under the age of 18 years old must have a liability waiver completed and signed by their parent or legal guardian.
Print and Bring the Waiver
Alternately, you can print and complete the waiver with a pen and bring it with you to the water park. Note that there must be a separate waiver document for everyone in your group.
