The livingroom has one large faux leather couch that opens to a queen bed as well as a set of matching faux leather recliners across from the flat screen TV over a buillt in fireplace. All the windows have pull down blinds & co-ordinated valance toppers. 3 – 30 lb Propane tanks are included & the unit has a 50 Amp Surge Protector locked onto the power station behind the unit. This unit has a Sanicon Turbo waste system, thermal pane tinted windows throughout, there are 2 Air-conditioner units – one super quiet in main living space & the 2nd one is in the master bedroom & the unit also has a tankless water heating system & a Central Vacuum system. The décor is all light taupe, w black accents, dark wood cupboards & light ‘stone like Corian’ seamless countertops throughout. There are USB charging centres in bedrooms, kitchen & living room. Outside is a nice private deck area with built in bike rack, 8×10’ shed – nothing inside is included, large sturdy metal SOJAG Hardtop 10×12’ gazebo shelter with screens & privacy curtains over a 10×12’ deck and the other deck alongside the trailer is 35x10ft. A few other things to note: the fireplace is not working – it needs a part from the US that is currently unavailable, both power recliners no longer heat, the massage function works, one of the recliners headrests is peeling but otherwise they are both in great condition & super comfortable – so the owner is having a co-ordinating cover made to put over both recliners top headrest area. This wonderful site is very large and very private – it is surrounded by evergreen trees on 3 sides and is most picturesque. There is a large patio area with Interlocking brick that has a trailer awning overtop the cushioned seating area & there is also an outdoor dining area with an umbrella. The private firepit area has Muskoka chairs all around it and a large shed beside it. The trailer is completely wood skirted all around. There is a BBQ & BBQ Gazebo shelter over it….the trailer also has an outdoor kitchen with gas burners & a small fridge for convenience near to the dining area.
On the inside of this beautiful modern trailer is a fold away couch in the living room and banquet seating that folds down into an additional sleeping area. The Queen master bedroom has a storage above & beside bed – but room all around to make the bed – it also has a mandoor leading to outside patio area. Outside the master bedroom is the spacious main bathroom…whose pocket doors open up on both sides – to the master bedroom and the kitchen, dining & livingroom area….so it is very open through the whole area. The master bedroom opens up to a bathroom that has a super large shower with a long sliding shower door w skylight above, a sink & toilet, with pocket sliding doors on either side of the bathroom. All the decor is very pleasing and modern, the kitchen is lovely and has espresso coloured wood cupboards and black faux leather upholstery with light walls and white Corian counters & dining table. The large kids room is really spectacular, with 2 single beds on one side & the other side of the room has a davenport couch that folds down & an upper bed that folds and locks up and away when not in use. The pocket doors can be left open and you can see straight through from the master bedroom of the trailer – through the Bathroom tokitchen and through to the kids room – if the doors are open. This makes it feel very open and it appears far larger than it is.
Also included inside: 32” TV, Master bedroom bedding, kitchen utensils, all dishes, cups remaining, toaster, crock pot. The side yard has all interlocking bricks, the front yard is grass.
